D1 SERIES
Take part in a D1 SERIES that consists of 5 to 7 rounds and aim to become series champion!

To do that you’ll need to earn as many drift points as you can and win through the 1 on 1 tournament round.

The 1 on 1 battles consist of 2 pursuit runs, with your car positioned once in the lead and once in the follow position. The driver with the most drifting points is the winner!
What do yu have to do to enter the D1 GRAND PRIX

You'll have to get a D1 license by passing through the TRAINING mode in order to play the D1 SERIES mode. Learn and master the drifting techniques and then take on the D1 GRAND PRIX!
 
D1 SERIES
PLAY IN ALL OF THE PAST D1 TOURNAMENTS UP TO 2005 AND EVEN CREATE YOUR OWN SERIES!
Play in all of the actual D1 SERIES tournaments of the past or create and customize your very own series to compete in.

Each series can have up to 7 rounds with each round being a different course.
Wet courses and night courses are also available so you can reenact actual conditions of past D1 tournaments.
By winning each series, you'll unlock SECRET CARS and BONUS VIDEOS!

One way to enjoy this mode is to predict which courses will be used within next year's D1 SERIES and select them for your custom series.

There are 3 different types of cars in the D1 SERIES.
PROFESSIONAL CARS are the cars used by actual D1 drivers.
EXPERT CARS have various settings that can be changed for preferred performance.
BEGINNER CARS are already preset for easy maneuverability.
